Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm whether the Welsh Government is expecting consequential funding following the UK Government's plans for a third runway at Heathrow Airport?

The Welsh Government is not expecting any consequential funding in relation to the expansion of Heathrow Airport.
I understand that whilst the UK Government has announced its backing for the development of a third runway at Heathrow, the cost of the expansion, along with any associated surface transport upgrade costs, will be financed through private funding.
