What discussions has the Welsh Government had with the UK Government about the impact on Wales of the decision on plutonium disposition?

My Officials are in contact with the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and DESNZ over the recently announced decision to immobilise the UK’s inventory of civil separated plutonium at Sellafield. As details become available on the immobilisation solution, it is expected that there will be opportunities for the Welsh supply chain in delivering that work.
