Will the Cabinet Secretary explain why the housing sector is excluded from the North Wales Growth Deal?

The North Wales Growth Deal includes housing developments within its Land and Property programme. The housing developments are part of mixed-use sites that also offer employment land, business space, and residential plots. An example is the former North Wales Hospital project in Denbigh. Additionally, Ambition North Wales collaborates with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), with one RSL representative on the Land and Property Programme Board.
