Further to WQ95628, will the Cabinet Secretary clarify how and when the charge was transferred from Snowdonia Hotel Ltd to Adventure Parc Snowdonia Ltd?

The legal charge has from the outset been against the assets of Adventure Parc Snowdonia Ltd. It became subordinate to a senior lender and was extended over the assets of Snowdonia Hotel Ltd when that facility was constructed. Now that Snowdonia Hotel Ltd has been sold, the Welsh Government once again has the senior charge over the assets of Adventure Parc Snowdonia Ltd, as was the case originally.
