What procedures were put in place to enable Plaid Cymru's designated members access to civil servants during their co-operation agreement with the Welsh Government?

The Co-operation Agreement mechanisms document was published on 1 December 2021 and set out arrangements for working with Welsh Government civil servants during the Co-operation Agreement.
These mechanisms came to an end when the Co-operation Agreement ended.
