What assessment has the Cabinet Secretary made of the impact of business rates on small and medium sized enterprises in North Wales?

Small and medium sized enterprises throughout Wales benefit from our generous package of non-domestic rates support, which is worth £335m in 2025-26. This includes our permanent Small Business Rates Relief which provides over £140m of relief every year to around 70,000 properties, with over 50,000 of these paying no rates at all.
