What assessment has the Cabinet Secretary made of the impact on the safety of patients and other health professionals in Wales of the General Medical Council erasing the public disciplinary history of doctors who change their gender identity?

The General Medical Council has clarified its approach to the publication of fitness to practice history for registrants who have transitioned gender. It has confirmed that no fitness to practice history has been removed or suppressed.
