Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm the reasons Powys County Council has provided to the Welsh Government as to why they do not have an up-to-date strategic flood consequences assessment?

Powys County Council last updated its Stage 1 Strategic Flood Consequences Assessment regionally with Ceredigion Council and Bannau Bycheiniog National Park in November 2022. I do not consider this Assessment to be out of date.
