Question
Further to WQ91531 and WQ92736, when will the review of permitted development rights relating to air source heat pump regulations be published?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Energy and Planning
We will shortly be consulting on proposed changes to various permitted development rights including air source heat pumps. Subject to the consultation response we will be seeking to introduce changes to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 by the end of the year.
