What investment has the Welsh Government made in the A465, A4042, A40, A48 and A449 trunk roads in Monmouthshire since 2021?

I am unable to provide expenditure details as requested within the timeframe required as our finance systems do not hold information in this format. However, our Trunk Road Agents would be able to provide this given adequate time. I will write to you in due course.
I will be unable to provide expenditure for the A4051, A4043 and A472 in Torfaen as they are local authority roads and the responsibility of Torfaen CBC.
