Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm how many woodland creation planning scheme applications have been submitted to the Welsh Government and/or Natural Resources Wales for approval for tree planting proposals in Carmarthenshire, and of those, how many plans were a) approved, b) approved with changes, and c) rejected?
