What steps has the Cabinet Secretary taken to update the Welsh Government's flood response framework since 2016?

The Welsh Government's National Security and Resilience Division (NSRD) is currently undertaking a review of pan-Wales resilience governance structures. Once completed the Framework will be reviewed to reflect any changes.
