Will the Cabinet Minister make a statement on Rent Smart Wales's plans to open an office in north Wales and what location or locations are being considered for that office?

Rent Smart Wales is part of Cardiff Council, as the designated Licencing Authority under the Housing Wales Act 2014.
Operational matters and decisions such as office locations are therefore a matter for Rent Smart Wales.
