The Workforce Development Central Budgets BEL, which stands at £7.408m as published in the Final Budget 2025 to 2026, supports activities relating to NHS Wales health professional workforce, including:
• funding to support the delivery of NHS Wales international recruitment plans
• Welsh Government financial incentives for general practice speciality trainees
