Question
How is the Welsh Government ensuring that the business rates system is fair for seasonal businesses that don't operate all year round?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Welsh Language
The Welsh Government does not hold information on the seasonality of businesses liable for non-domestic rates. Such businesses are, however, likely to be well represented among the recipients of relevant non-domestic rates reliefs.
