Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm if the work on the pedestrian crossing at Goytre is still due to begin before the end of the current financial year?

I can assure you we are keen to get this work started, however there are some issues which we are working thorough, and as such the start of work has been delayed. I am, at present, unable to confirm a start date for the work.
