Further to WQ96025 will the Cabinet Secretary clarify whether the digital referral process from primary care to secondary care ophthalmology settings will be in place at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board by the end of 2025?

NHS email addresses have been rolled out to all optometrists across Wales to ensure appropriate communication between primary and secondary eye care services.
The digital eye care solution continues to be implemented in all health boards. During this process, Consultant Connect is available to all health boards to use as an additional tool between clinical teams.
