Further to WQ96024 will the Cabinet Secretary clarify whether rolling out the digital eye care programme to Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board was supposed to be included in the the £4.801 million budget?

Digital eye care is an all-Wales programme and the roll out includes all health boards as part of the £4.801m budget.
