How much has chief executive pay increased in real terms at each of the major Welsh health boards since October 2009?

Current and historic Executive and Senior Posts (ESPs) pay scales are published on the link below. ESP posts including Chief Executives are evaluated to determine the appropriate pay point. Health Boards are responsible for setting ESP salaries within the appropriate pay point.
