Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm whether Transport for Wales is responsible for the Cardiff intersection bridge, which has recently received extensive repair work?

Transport for Wales is responsible for intersection bridge, Cardiff. Given its location and interface with the wider network, Transport for Wales and Amey Infrastructure Wales worked closely with Network Rail to undertake the recent repairs.
