Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm whether a survey was completed on the Cardiff intersection bridge prior to ownership being transferred from Network Rail to Transport for Wales, and if so, were any issues identified?

The last detailed examination of the structure before divestment was undertaken in July 2019. Transport for Wales are currently reviewing this report as part of their ongoing investigation into the incident.
