Further to WQ96288, why did the Cabinet Secretary not refer to the £700,000 figure for Wales’s children’s hospices in answer to WQ96394 and WQ96395?

The £16m referenced in answer to WQ96394 and WQ96395 includes the £700,000 additional recurrent funding for Ty Hafan and Ty Gobaith.
