How much is the Welsh Government's budget expected to grow year-on-year in real terms from 2025-26 to 2028-29?

Using the latest forecasts from the Office for Budget Responsibility published in March, the Welsh Government’s total budget, including devolved tax revenues, will increase by 1.1% a year in real terms from the 2025-26 baseline to 2028-2029.
