Question
Will the Cabinet Secretary publish a list of all rail infrastructure projects currently in development, planning, or delivery stages in Wales, including those led or supported by the Welsh Government?

We have worked alongside the UK Government as part of the joint Wales Rail Board to agree a prioritised pipeline of rail infrastructure enhancements for Wales and the Borders. The total delivery cost of the schemes within the pipeline is in excess of £4bn. The funding from the UK Government in the June 2025 Spending Review is targeted at delivering the immediate priorities identified by the Wales Rail Board within that pipeline. A decision will be taken in due course regarding the publication of the pipeline.
