How much additional funding has the Welsh Government allocated in the past two years to cut NHS waiting times outside of its annual budget, broken down by how much was allocated on each occasion?

All funding for allocations to cut waiting times has been within the annual Wales budget.
Following approval of the Annual Budget Motion subsequent allocations from the annual budget are detailed in the appropriate supplementary budgets.
