What specific steps will the Welsh Government take to monitor and enforce Welsh Language Standards in the care received by Welsh mothers in the Mother and Baby Unit of the Countess of Chester Hospital, especially in terms of language rights and appropriate cultural care?

I recognise the importance of the Welsh language in the care and support of Welsh speakers. In terms of monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Welsh Language Standards that is a matter for the Welsh Language Commissioner.
