What steps are being taken to identify and correct previous policies or guidance issued by the Welsh Government or its agencies that relied on an incorrect or contested definition of sex?

We are working across Welsh Government to identify cross-Government policy areas that may be impacted by the Supreme Court ruling and ensure we meet our obligations under the Equality Act 2010.
