Have any equality, diversity, or inclusion initiatives supported or funded by the Welsh Government been paused, reviewed, or amended as a result of the Supreme Court’s ruling that the protected characteristic of sex in the Equality Act 2010 refers to biological sex and not gender identity?

We expect all of the equality, diversity, or inclusion initiatives supported or funded by the Welsh Government to comply with the law, including the Equality Act 2010.
