Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an overview of the Rent to Own Scheme historically, and to what degree the scheme is still operating?

The Rent to Own – Wales and Shared Ownership – Wales schemes ran from February 2018 until 31 March 2021. Welsh Government provided £50m for the schemes and supported 876 households into home ownership. We continue to support home ownership through schemes such as Help to Buy – Wales and Homebuy – Wales.
