What is the target date for holding a debate in Plenary to approve the housing associations Welsh language standards regulation?

We are currently consulting on draft regulations for housing associations, and the consultation closes on 16 September 2025. We aim to hold a debate in Plenary on final regulations early in 2026. We will be able to give a more detailed timetable once we have analysed and considered the responses to the consultation.
