What is the latest update on Ynni Cymru’s status as an entity?

At present, Ynni Cymru continues to operate as a programme, delivered by Local Partnerships for Welsh Government. Part of the programme’s work is to propose a long-term solution for Ynni Cymru which Ministers will consider.
