What evaluation has been made of the implementation of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014?

As a composite Act covering a range of subject matters, a single evaluation has not been carried out on the whole of the Act.
An evaluation of Part 1, regarding the registration and licensing of landlords and letting agents was published in 2018 and is available at: Evaluation of Rent Smart Wales: Implementation and Delivery (final report) | GOV.WALES.
