Has the Cabinet Secretary approved a business case for conducting the Welsh housing survey, and what will be the procedure?

I was pleased to update Members of the Senedd on 9th May that I have approved a business case to undertake a Welsh Housing Survey in this Written Statement, which provides information on the approach that will be taken.
