Under which circumstances is it necessary to register a lease with the land registry which was created under an occupation contract in line with the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016?

There is no prescribed minimum duration period for a fixed term occupation contract under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
There is no provision within the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 which requires the registration of an occupation contract with HM Land Registry.
