Will the Cabinet Secretary provide a year-on-year breakdown of consequential funding received as a result of UK Government climate change action or mitigation programmes since 2021?

HM Treasury publishes a block grant transparency document which provides a detailed breakdown of Barnett Formula consequentials. It should be noted that the bulk of consequentials affecting the Welsh Government’s block grant relate to UK spending review outcomes. Those consequentials arise from overall changes to UK Government departmental settlements and not individual programmes.
