Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm whether the Government's proposal for a rollover budget in 2026-27 includes maintaining funding for the Border Controls BEL, and provide a breakdown on how the relevant funding is due to be spent?

The Welsh Government’s detailed spending plans for 2026-27 will be published as part of Stage 2 of the Draft Budget on 3 November 2025.
