Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on when the outcome of the review of the three-meter rule for air source heat pumps will be published?

Officials are currently preparing the Government Response to the ‘Changes to Permitted Development Rights’ Consultation, which provides an assessment of comments on a number of different development rights including the 3 metre rule for air source heat pumps.
It is anticipated that the Government Response to the consultation will be published during the Autumn.
