Further to WQ97134 and WQ97480, what target did the Welsh Government set in terms of the reduction in waits of over two years that the £20 million investment should deliver, and was this target met?

The aim for quarter one was to maintain the position achieved in March 2025 as a minimum, while supporting a further reduction wherever possible. As per my response to WQ97480, waiting times are published every month as part of the NHS activity and performance summary. This includes the two-year waits position.
