When will the outcome of the consultation on permitted development rights concerning the number of days allowed for temporary camping be published, and what are the next steps?

We will publish a summary of the consultation in early 2026. As the consultation included a broad range of permitted development proposals at varying stages of development, we will bring forward the necessary legislation in stages.
