Will the Cabinet Secretary provide a breakdown on how the Border Controls Budget Expenditure Line is due to be spent in 2026/27?

This budget forecast will be dependent on the implementation of the new trade agreement with the EU; therefore, I will be able to set out more detail when negotiations have been completed and policy requirements on border controls has been determined.
