Question
Following the previous announcement by the UK Government of £5 billion in relation to supporting the expenditure on special educational needs in local authorities in England, will the Cabinet Secretary confirm whether there is any consequential funding for Wales arising from that decision; and if so, how much?

Details of any consequential funding will be provided in the Spring Forecast and it will be for Welsh Ministers to decide how to spend any consequential funding received.
