Question
Will the Cabinet Secretary provide the total number of Powys residents who are currently waiting longer than two years for treatment, irrespective of whether they are being treated in Powys, another Welsh health board, or by an English provider?

Data in relation to those waiting for appointments and treatment are published by the Welsh Government on the basis of provider, rather than residency. However, residence-based referral to treatment (RTT) figures are currently published by health boards through their quarterly board reports.
