What steps will the Cabinet Minister take to ensure the devolution of the Crown Estate in a timely manner?

The Welsh Government is committed to seeking the devolution of the Crown Estate as it is necessary for Wales to benefit fully from its natural resources. The First Minister raised the need for further powers for Wales on his first call with the Prime Minister. I shall be setting out the Government’s approach to the devolution agenda in the coming weeks.
