Question
Will the Cabinet Minister provide a timeline on plans to audit community sporting facilities, to ensure capital investment is effective and delivers support for grassroots sport following concerns raised by local campaigners in Ely and Caerau about loss of recreational sporting facilities, including the closure of Highfields Amateur Boxing Club?
Answer
Answered by Trefnydd, Chief Whip and Cabinet Minister for Culture and Sport (Heledd Fychan)
Our 100-day plan includes the commitment to commission an audit of facilities, and I am currently considering options for that and will update Members as soon as I am able.
