Question
What steps will the Welsh Government take to reduce sewage discharges in west Wales?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Minister for Rural Resilience and Sustainability (Llyr Gruffydd)
The Welsh Government is committed to improving water quality across Wales and reducing sewage discharges through a stronger, system-wide approach. We will prioritise targeted investment in wastewater infrastructure and drainage systems, including action to address storm overflows where they cause the greatest environmental harm.
