Question
Will the Cabinet Minister confirm whether the Welsh Government, in light of its stated commitment to supporting struggling high streets, will introduce business rates relief in Wales equivalent to that available in England in order to reduce costs for businesses and help prevent further high street decline?

Our manifesto included a range of specific commitments related to the reform of the non-domestic rates system, including to better support high street businesses. I will set out further details on our proposals in due course.
