Will the Cabinet Minister confirm whether or not mobile phones will be banned in schools?

The Welsh Government has committed to take action to empower local authorities and support the safety, learning and wellbeing of our children and young people, by restricting the use of mobile phones in schools.
We will announce more detailed plans shortly.
