What discussions has the Cabinet Minister had with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board about increasing the number of community beds?

Local health boards are responsible for the planning and delivery of services to meet the needs of their local population. I would of course expect patients to receive the care they need, in the most appropriate place and as close to home as possible.
