What support is the Cabinet Minister providing clinicians who want to reinstate local ENT clinics?

Local health boards are responsible for making sure people get the care they need, whether that’s delivered directly by the NHS or commissioned where it makes sense. Clinicians should work through their clinical leadership structures within their organisations to support planning of services.
