What is the cost to the Welsh Government of the Seren Programme for the 2026-27 financial year, and how many young people are engaged in it?

The Welsh Government allocated £2,567,000 to Academi Seren in 2026-27. In recent years, around 24,000 young people have participated in the programme annually.
